Trainer: Charlotte Bakker
Charlotte is now COO at Dyami Academy. She is a versatile training expert specializing in “Train the Trainer” programs. Leveraging her extensive background in theater as a drama teacher and experience as a director of theater productions, Charlotte combines creativity and educational expertise to enhance learning experiences. Her dedication has made an impact across diverse sectors, including aviation, corporate environments, and NGOs.
Learning objectives
● Creating confidence to lead trainings: by practicing different forms of storytelling and training methods.
● Getting to know their own strengths and weaknesses standing in front of a group: by giving feedback and videotaping their presentations so they can see what they do well and what needs improvement.
● What it entails to be an interesting storyteller/trainer: by giving practical examples of how to build your story, how to use your voice and hand gestures and letting them experiment themselves.
● How to train adults: by learning the different learning styles and implementing these in your training.
