EBACE 2025-A Bold New Chapter for Business Aviation
The 2025 edition of EBACE ushered in a new era for the industry, with the European Business Aviation Association (EBAA) leading the charge. This year’s show embraced fresh formats, featured emerging players from across the globe, and brought renewed energy to Geneva.
This year, we saw fewer traditional exhibitors—but in their place came vibrant new players, particularly from emerging regions like the Middle East and Africa. It was a strong reminder that aviation is evolving—and so must we.
Train Aviation, through its founder, Rucsandra Mihai who is also the Vice-President of WCA, also had a strong presence at EBACE. Alongside industry collaborators, Train Aviation promoted its commitment to instructional excellence, and professional training.
Promoting Inclusion and Diversity in Business Aviation
The company’s founder and Vice President of WCA, Rucsandra Mihai, took the stage during one of the show’s panel discussions, sharing her vision for inclusive leadership, workforce transformation, and the critical role of training in future-proofing business aviation.
With partners and clients from across Europe and beyond, Train Aviation showcased its innovative training solutions and strengthened relationships with aviation professionals committed to developing the next generation of talent.
Despite a noticeable shift in exhibitor profiles—with some major OEMs absent and no static display—EBACE 2025 proved that the spirit of innovation and collaboration is alive and well. The event welcomed new exhibitors, including dynamic players from the Middle East and Africa, signaling a more globally connected and inclusive industry ahead.

Women in Corporate Aviation (WCA) was proud to be part of this dynamic edition—championing inclusion, mentoring emerging leaders, and engaging in key conversations around workforce development. WCA’s presence was visible throughout the event, especially during high-impact sessions and through its continued advocacy at the Associations’ Village. WCA made sure that the voice of inclusion, mentorship, and leadership development was heard loud and clear.
Our key takeaway?
Business aviation is ready for transformation—but real progress requires collaboration across sectors, borders, and communities. WCA remains committed to helping shape this future—by championing talent, growing access, and investing in the next generation of leaders.
As both WCA and Train Aviation continue to drive positive change, their joint presence at EBACE 2025 underscored a shared commitment: building a more diverse, skilled, and resilient aviation workforce for the future.
We left Geneva inspired, grateful, and determined to keep pushing boundaries—together.
